Can Turkic peoples unite?

The question for everyone is, will the Turkish peoples be able to unite?

Exactly two weeks ago . The office of Kashapov - the deputy. Prime Minister of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile - received an offer from Turkey to engage in public activity and cooperate with local Turkic organizations. He was also offered housing and financial support.
After this publication, about 15 of our compatriots and Turks from Turkey approached us - the Kashapov brothers - to tell us what awaits Nafis. And indeed, we have people in Turkey - about 200 of them - with whom we have a longstanding relationship based on mutual respect: they are activists of the Tatar national movement, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, journalists and religious figures.

In order to make it clear to our esteemed readers, I bring you facts from the past years about the nature of our relations with the Turks from Turkey.
Over the years, we've worked with Turan Yazghan - a scientist, writer and president of the International Research Foundation of Turkey. Turan Yazgan made a significant contribution to the development of education, culture and art in the Turkish world. For your merits . The Turan It 's a mess . He has been awarded more than 200 awards and titles. A number of universities awarded him the title of honorary doctor for his services to Turkey and the Turkish world. With his help, Turkish gymnasiums were opened in Turkic-speaking countries, including Russia. We also assisted him in opening Turkish lyceums in Russia; there were times when people from different regions approached us with a request to open a Turkish school in their suburbs, and we helped as much as possible by sending them to Turan Yazgan. It was truly a golden age for the Turkic peoples, because we acted at the state level. However, after Putin came to power, all Turkish institutions were closed for a simple reason: there should be no pan-Turkism in Russia. Turan Yazgan has also been of great help to us in informing the Turkish public about the lives of the Turkish peoples; many of our compatriots have traveled there to meet Turkish politicians, speak on television, discuss the problems faced by the Turkish peoples in Russia, as well as give interviews to newspapers and magazines.

There was a time when we, the Kashapov brothers, invited the famous Turkish singer to the Republic of Tatarstan Barisha ManchoHe performed in the concert hall named after Sarah Sadikova, and the excitement was so great that there were not even standing places left in the hall - this event became a grand celebration for all the Turks of Tatarstan. 
After the concert, Barish Mancho and his band and Turkish guests visited us in the cottage, where we talked for a long time at the festive table about topics of mutual interest.
Barish Mancho wrote about 200 songs, some of which were translated into various languages: Arabic, Japanese, French, English and Persian. Mancho also received 12 gold and one platinum albums. 

Returning to my brother's topic: the issue of Nafis is currently being resolved; if the Turkish authorities give him security guarantees, he will conduct public activities in cooperation with Turkish organizations.
Here's another nuance: Russia, Tatarstan, and Turkey trade billions of dollars, and money loves silence. The question arises: what is more important, Turkish unity or money?
However, we must be careful: we still remember the murder in Istanbul. Abbakhar Abbakharova - a native of Dagestan, the founder of the Telegram channel and the "Dagestan Morning" YouTube project, - and there have been many such incidents in Turkey.
