Sergei Vishnyakov - former activist of the Tatar Public Center (TOC) and secretary of its branch in Namur Chennai (Tatarstan) - he is a Russian Muslim, everyone called him Salawat; for many years he participated in all the congresses of the All Tatar Public Center (WTOC), as well as in the rallies in Namur Chennai and Kazan. For several years he was an active member of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile - a fact that can now be spoken about openly, considering that when he was arrested his phones were confiscated.
Salavat travelled to various countries, representing the interests of the TOC; while abroad, he encountered a number of unpleasant incidents - situations in which agents of the FSB may have been involved. He accompanied me home many times after TOC meetings.
The only way to help him right now is to run campaigns to defend him abroad, write letters of support and send parcels to prison. The only chance of his early release is the collapse of the Russian Empire.

With respect, Rafis Kashapov, Prime Minister of the Government of Independent Tatarstan in Exile
