Freedom for Salavat Vishnyakov and freedom for the Tatar people
A letter from Ukraine calls for the release of Salavat Vishnyakov and connects his case with support for the freedom of the Tatar people.
A letter from Ukraine to the Kazan Tatars:
"Freedom to Vishnyakov, freedom to the Tatar people!
I recently learned that Sergei Vishnyakov (Salavat Vishnyakov) was sentenced to 21 years in a strict regime colony in Tatarstan for defending Ukraine. Unfortunately, I knew him well, he had been to Kiev several times before the beginning of the war. Although he was Russian by nationality, he really loved the Tatar and Ukrainian peoples. A man of good heart; according to his stories in Cheln, where he lived, he always planted flowers in front of his house. I think he's going to be in Putin's prison for a little while, maybe being exchanged for Russian prisoners of war. After he's released, he's going to tell you how people in Russian prisons who love Ukrainians are tortured.
Thanks to him, I learned a lot about life in Tatarstan and about the Tatar people. He brought with him newspapers, magazines and books - they were devoted to the national struggle of the Tatar people. The books and magazines of Aydar Khalim, Vahit Imamov, Amir Mahmutov and Shamil Shaydullin contained stories about the freedom fighters of the Tatar people, such as Fauzia Bayramova, Marat Mulukov, Zaki Zaynullin and the brothers Nafis and Rafis Kashapov and many others".

Thank you for your support of the Tatar people. Indeed, a man sent to Putin's concentration camp can be tortured and charged with any crime where prisoners torture prisoners with batons and electricity.- What ?
